Asthma is a chronic, noncontiguous respiratory condition manifested as recurrent breathing problems. It has two main components constrictions, the tightening of the muscles surrounding of the airways, and inflammation, the swelling and irritation of the airways. Constriction and inflammation cause narrowing of the airways. Construction and inflammation cause narrowing of the airways. The main symptoms are wheezing, coughing, chest tightening shortness of breath. There are many triggers that can aggravate asthma symptoms, and they often differ person to person. Some of them are smoke, pets, cockroaches, indoor moulds, activity, colds and infections etc. second wave; continuous swelling of the air tubes, more frequent attacks and greater sensitivity to the irritants. A second wave is more serious and more dangerous than the first attack. Symptoms of asthma include: mild to moderate attacks: tightness in the chest, coughing episodes and excessive mucous production, restlessness, sleep disorders and wheezing. Severe attacks: breath-less ness or dyspnea, difficulty in speech production, rigid neck muscles and discoloration of extremities to blue gray.
